DEADLIFT PR’s:
Yesterday was proof that WE ARE GETTING STRONGER. The RXD programming and your hard work is paying off. There were so many Deadlift PR’s yesterday that I couldn’t try to list them all. Congrats to everyone and keep up the good work.
GOODBYE LITTLE GYM:
Today will be our final WOD at the current location. I, like most of you, am so excited about taking this next step to our new location and all the opportunities it will afford us. As we face this final WOD, I reflect back on all the amazing times and amazing friends that we have made at our little gym on Orangethorpe. For 2 & 1/2 years we have built a community, one member at a time. We have been able to shape lives and bodies there. It is a modest gym, but it was our Monument to Fitness. So as you complete your last lap or finish that final rep, be sure to say goodbye to the box and thank it for being the literal foundation that RXD was built upon.
