Back Squat
8 reps @ 75%, 5 reps @ 85%, 3 reps @ 90%, 3 reps @ 95%
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
Base the percentage off of your three rep max.
Then:
Four rounds for time:
200 Meter Run
20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
20 Front Squats (#95/65)
(Rest 1 Minute Between Rounds)
