Toes-to-Bar

Plyo-Push-ups

*Place one hand on a 45 lb. weight plate, other on the ground.  Touch chest to ground in push-up and explode up/sideways, and switch hands so that other hand is on plate and on ground.

DAY #3:

2, 2, 2, 2, 2 (Go Heavy)

Pause at Bottom Front Squats

*Hold absolute bottom of each front squat for 3 seconds, and then bounce off calves and stand.

Push Press

5, 5, 5, 5, 5

*Be sure to press at top and not Push Jerk.
